When you order a subscription, most likely the service you use will be able to process orders with foreign addresses outside of the United States but not for very many titles. Most services really prefer not to take such orders because delivery is not through the American postal service and is thus not something they can guarantee.

For Canada though you will find a lot more titles for Canadian delivery. You can usually see the additional postage charges during the checkout process of any online subscription service. If you have an APO/FPO military address that is linked to a state and US zip code, then almost every service can accept and process such an order. (ie: APO or FPO address).
