Renewal Policies for Magazine Subscription Orders

When you order a renewal subscription through a discount magazine subscription service, you get what you pay for - no more no less. This means that if you buy one year, you get one year. Some services though - if you use a credit card - may automatically renew your subscriptions as they expire like most publishers want to do. Many other subscription agents though do not do this automatic renewal.

Your credit card information is not provided to the publisher unles you order directly with the publisher so they cannot charge your credit card for a renewal even if they want to. What publishers will do instead is to send out automatic renewal reminders - they look like "renewal invoices" which even more accurately look like invoices due requests. When you receive these, all you have to do is to toss them away - simply ignore them if you want to keep ordering at a discount through an online magazine subscription agency.

In order to renew a subscription online and benefit from cheap renewal prices, visit a subscription website, select the magazine you wish to renew and click on add to cart (or something similar like BuyNow). On the checkout screen you will probably be asked to just choose the "renewal" option next to each magazine you selected that you wan to renew.

No matter who you order through, you will need  to enter your name and address exactly as it appears on your current magazine label in order to avoid the publisher starting a 2nd subscription and thus causing you to receive duplicate issues.

If you begin to receive duplicate issues, please contact the online support form or contact the publisher at their subscriber services/customer service number listed in the magazine and ask that the two subscriptions be combined into one and request credit for the duplicate issues.
